Membership
Registration
You are required to provide the genuine and accurate information
for OSL; otherwise your account of this Site may be terminated without
prior notice. Please refer to Termination.
You are advised to update your account at Edit
Profile of “My Account” in any changes of data in
order that we can provide you quality services.
If you want to edit your company name and/or login
user id, please fax us a notifying letter with your duly company
stamp at (852) 2520 5091. However, OSL shall not be responsible
for any verification of the information you provide, and shall not
be liable for any faulty caused by any misspelling, misleading change
and fraud notification. |

Payment
Method
OSL accepts Company Cheque/Cash-on-delivery (COD) or online Credit
Card – Visa/Master payment for the on-line orders through
this Site. The company cheque is payable to “Office Systems
Limited”.
OSL may modify at any time the method by which
payments for OSL.com.hk on-line orders may be affected and such
changes may be notified to the customer by e-mail or by notice to
this effect on this Site.

Pricing
OSL shall do our best to ensure the price, description of products
detailed in this Site are correct, but we reserve the right to vary
the price and other details of the products without prior notice.
All prices of products listed in this Site are
for Internet orders. Prices on some product items may differ from
those charges through the order by phone or fax.
All prices quoted in this website are based on FOB HK (HK$).If the sales for export or the mainland China, the related taxes and transportation will be added.

DeliveryOSL offers free delivery for orders of HK$300 or above. A fee of HK$50(HK Island & Kowloon) or HK$80(NT) will be charged for orders under the required amount. Next business day delivery for orders placed with us by 3:30pm, however, it will be subject to the stock availability and our forwarding schedule.
You will be required to sign and apply a company
chop (corporate account only) onto the delivery note when you accept
deliveries of the purchased products.
Deliveries will be made from 9:00am to 5:00pm,
Monday to Friday, except on Hong Kong public holidays, black rainstorm
warning or when typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. *Outlying
islands are not covered by our delivery service.
OSL shall not accept any refund request for which
the customer’s incorrect delivery detailed information in
the result of any failure of delivery. |

Order
Amendment
Since orders are proceeded promptly, please contact sales department
immediately at 2528 0122 or email at info@osl.com.hk
if you want to make any change of order description.
The ordered product cannot
be returned and cancelled while the delivery is being forwarded
on the way to your office, unless otherwise agreed by OSL in its
discretion.

Library of this Site may be used for certain other limited purposes
if expressly stated in Terms and Conditions on this Site which makes
express reference to the software or content.
OSL shall not be liable for any consequential damage

membership registration or in the forms of feedback and enquiry

and surveys. All the information will not be used for any other

the end-users of Hong Kong. The on-site maintenance and repair service
will be subject to the terms and conditions of warranty. Please
refer to Terms of Warranty Registration. |

OSL will try our best to arrange the appointment
as soon as possible. We will make a reconfirmation with you for
the arrangement not later than the next business day. |

3. |
For the Outlying Islands, OSL shall levy a
traveling fee. |

Terms of Warranty
Registration
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using
Warranty Registration of OSL.com.hk (“Site”). By using this
Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of use. Office Systems Limited
(“OSL”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”)
reserves the right, at any time, to modify or update these terms and conditions
without any prior notice.
1. |
If you register the required details
via Warranty Registration online of this Site within 14 days from
the date of purchase of the product, the warranty will be valid
without the requirement of sending a duly completed warranty registration
card to OSL |

2. |
If you do not register the Warranty Registration
online, the warranty will only be valid for which you are required
to send back to OSL a duly completed warranty registration card
within 14 days from the date of purchase of product. |
|
|
3. |
The warranty period from the date of purchase
of the product for defects in materials and workmanship according
to the type of product and model you purchased |
|
|
4. |
OSL accepts the application of warranty period
extension only when the product is under normal use, or before the
expiry of warranty date. We may reserve the right to inspect your
product with charge levying for the judge of your requisition when
your application is beyond the warranty date. |
|
|
5. |
The on-site service will be provided only
according to the type of product and model you purchased under the
warranty period. |
|
|
6. |
The product, depending on the model, must
be delivered with a warranty card. You must present the warranty
card corresponding to the product, with/without the fill of the
card, and proof the date of purchase of the product against the
official purchase invoice to the staff of OSL. |
|
|
7. |
During the warranty period and under normal use,
the product will be entitled to free repair service and free replacement
of parts excluding the following:
i. |
any consumables such as
fixing unit for facsimile, thermal paper roll, ink cartridges,
toner cartridges, drum unit, film ribbon, laminating rolls,
laminating pouch films, labelling ribbon cassettes, ink and
xenon lamp for stamp creator, ribbon, ink, printing paper
and cutting paper for sign creator, typewriter ribbons and
lift-off tapes, trimmer blades and so on; |
ii. |
any optional parts and accessories such
as power cords, interface cables, interface cards, network
cards, power adaptors, batteries, extra paper cassettes, RAM
and so on; |
iii. |
any other materials like manuals, software
driver and the accessories or parts included in the product
package at the date you purchased; |
iv. |
any damages caused by the fail to use
of genuine consumables or supplies, mishandling, abuse, negligence,
abnormal power supply, accident, or other natural calamities. |

8. |
The warranty shall be void, and shall be rescinded
in the cases of that product or any parts thereof are tampered with,
altered or repaired in anyway by other than technicians of OSL. |
|
|
9. |
For the Outlying Islands, OSL shall levy a
traveling fee. |
|
|
10. |
OSL reserves the right to terminate this warranty
in the circumstances of any uncertainty or doubt as to the applicability
of these terms and conditions. |
